A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
For travel engagements (I will let you know if travel to you is required), please include the cost of a first-class flight (I book my own airfare). If additional days are required to accommodate travel such as arriving the evening prior those days must also be added to your request.
A travel fee will be applied to FMTY to account for time spent in transit, along with incidental expenses incurred while traveling, including food and ground transportation.
For bookings longer than an overnight, a private room is required for my personal use, vanity, and storage.

Please allow daily time for vanity, gym, and personal matters. For these dates please email me a proposed itinerary that includes plenty of social activities.
Housekeeping
For engagements exceeding an overnight, a private room is required exclusively for my personal use, including vanity and storage.
Rates listed below reflect outcall service. Kindly include Uber.
I am also pleased to host in an upscale hotel upon request, simply add this to your rate.
While shorter engagements are available for those with limited time, extended bookings receive priority consideration.
Dates 3 hours plus are deigned with a social setting in mind. If you have serious privacy concern book a suite and order room service, add 300 per hour starting at 3 hours.
For discretion and security purposes, guests over 59 are respectfully asked to submit a photo with their booking request.
A deposit of 10–50% is required to secure your reservation, depending on the scope and duration of the engagement.
Calendar
I do not maintain a fixed schedule. I travel frequently and am able to meet anywhere by request. My calendar is curated entirely around client inquiries.
Availability is granted exclusively through booking requests. Your inquiry is the sole method of accessing my calendar.
